Build in UK 'Yards 4 off
MRLC Factory Ships by 2025 (initiating a small fleet of 'New-builds', plus
modified less costly 2nd user repurposed vessels
To create a 'bio-smart' Severn City by c2040 provided by
Tidal Energy Conversion generating between a quarter and one third of the
entire UK energy need. How? End the
desert of mud
Starting east of Porthcawl, crossing to Minehead, build 4 TEC
Barrages with 5 Lagoons;
Countering severe climate change before 2050

Effectively becomes the Western Terminus for the Chinese Great

& Wales to Europe and Asia as a Freeport with shortest sea routes to U.S.A,
Canada, Panama & Suez Canals.
Construction brings reliable well paid work on a near permanent
basis to some 45,000 persons during and following construction, which - from
our initial pre planning phase since 2016 - comes as a necessary fillip to
firms able to take on the various specialist aspects of this essential
world first leading mega TEC project.
Preliminary cost estimates currently 15% more than originally
calculated prior to pandemic and war supply chain logistics - inclusive of
infrastructure - civilian, educational, industrial, commercial.
Ideal for research and defence needs –
MRLC vessels can be used across a broad spectrum of 'green' activities
- modular maritime utility craft including major production of potable Fresh
Water whilst recovering plastic detritus.
Prior to and during float out barrage construction is also an
ideal opportunity to carry out geo-physical appraisals for possible
future-works; both surface and subsurface.
Architectural, IT &Tech, Science, and Space Museums.
Secondary infrastructure needs under consideration:
Ie: Sewerage, effluent, treatment plants, landfill sites
Recycling plastic plants, recycling electrical & white goods
plants. Desalination Works F.Water production
Medical, Hospital(s) Fire, & Police Stations
Bio buildings ~ vertical farming, plant propagation including
seaweed, sea grass and kelp farms, plus other marine studies in a biodiverse,
innovative, and sustainable way.
The bio-smart city planning list is expandable and practicable,
minimising transport costs and dual handling in a cohesive process of
pre-planning.
Very rare opportunity to do so:
A positive spin off away from Covid.
`A real 'one off'.
Space for many TEC turbines & types enabling the UK to
become a genuine leader in Maritime Technology, implementing aspects of the
lead UK already has in this 'altec green' sector.
